The Clean Energy Council Solar Retailer Code of Conduct is the pinnacle of voluntary schemes for solar companies to join. We have signed this code of conduct & agreed to follow its high requirements at all times. As a consumer, this means you'll receive the following:

    • Assurance that we have gone through a rigorous process to become an Approved Solar Retailer.

    • A standard minimum warranty period of five years on your whole system.

    • Detailed information on the process between system installation & network connection.

    • Peace of mind that we'll adhere to all existing legislation, and that we will act ethically, not engaging in any dishonest or misleading tactics.
